Whitney Houston is featured in the SEPTEMBER issue of ELLE (U.S.A. edition), which has Ashley Judd on the cover. In the article Whitney is #19. 19 of ELLE'S TOP 25 (annual list of top stars this year 99). The picture used for the article, is the version of the picture used for Whitney's 99 Tourbook cover, and the picture used for the cover of "BE" magazine.
