WHITNEY’S ROAD TO REHAB: We have her mother Cissy to thank

 *When Cissy Houston heard that her daughter Whitney had become ill on a flight from Paris and had to be hospitalized, she immediately put plans in motion to try and stage another intervention designed to persuade the Grammy-winner to enter a drug rehab facility, reports Big News Network.

"Cissy's been extremely upset, said a source, according to BNN. “She's concerned for Whitney's health and wants her to see the treatment through this time."

The troubled singer is at an undisclosed rehab center near her Atlanta home.

Meanwhile, Houston's equally-troubled husband, Bobby Brown, is in the studio with producer Jazze Pha working on a comeback CD. He’s reportedly already remade his hit song “Roni,” which he is hoping to use as a bargaining chip for a deal with Warner Bros. His reality show, "Being Bobby Brown," is still tentatively set to debut this year.
